RAR Institute Announces Course PS102: Fundamentals of Government & Politics
The Rohingya Academic Research Institute (RAR Institute) is pleased to announce the commencement of Course PS102: Fundamentals of Government & Politics, offered under the Associate Degree in Political Science (Semester One).
The course will be instructed by Dr. Mohammed Hashiru, a distinguished academic, Instructor, and Advisory Board Member of RAR Institute based in Turkey. His expertise in political science and higher education will provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental principles of government and political systems.
Course Overview
Fundamentals of Government & Politics (PS102) is designed to establish a strong academic foundation in the study of political science by introducing students to the concepts, institutions, and processes that shape governments and governance around the world.
The course aims to:
Develop students’ understanding of government structures and political institutions.
Strengthen critical thinking and analytical skills in political analysis.
Introduce key concepts of governance, accountability, and public administration.
Enhance students’ ability to examine political systems from comparative and contemporary perspectives.
Prepare learners for advanced studies in political science, international relations, public administration, and related disciplines.
The course will be delivered through five structured teaching sessions, followed by a comprehensive end-of-course assessment to evaluate students’ academic achievement and understanding.
