Basic Computer Skills Training Project

The RAR Institute successfully implemented a 3-month Basic Computer Skills Training Program in collaboration with Rohingya in Philippines, aimed at enhancing the digital literacy and employability of Rohingya youth and community members.

The training provided participants with practical knowledge and hands-on experience in essential computer applications and digital tools, including:

  • Microsoft Word for document creation and formatting
  • Microsoft Excel for data management and basic calculations
  • Microsoft PowerPoint for presentation design
  • Internet browsing and online research
  • Email communication and professional correspondence
  • Basic office workflow management and digital productivity skills

Upon successful completion of the program, the RAR Institute organized a Certificate Awarding Ceremony to recognize the dedication, commitment, and achievements of all participants. This initiative reflects the RAR Institute’s commitment to empowering vulnerable communities through education, digital inclusion, and capacity-building programs. By equipping participants with foundational computer skills, the project contributes to improving their academic, professional, and future employment opportunities.

The RAR Institute extends its sincere appreciation to Rohingya in Philippines for its valuable partnership, support, and cooperation in making this initiative a success.
