Remarkable Speech by Mr. Khin Maung at the Transcripts & Prize-Awarding Ceremony Semester One & Two at RAR-Institute

During the ceremony, Mr. Khin Maung delivered a powerful and eye-opening speech on “The Lack of Leadership Rendering the Rohingya Hopeless: Promoting and Supporting the Collective Leadership instead of Individualistic Priority.

He explained how the absence of strong, principled leadership has left many Rohingya feeling directionless and discouraged. But he reminded our youth that leadership does not begin with titles or positions — it begins with personal responsibility, courage, knowledge, integrity and supporting one another.

Mr. Khin Maung urged every Rohingya young person to become a leader in their own capacity to uplift the community, stand for truth and justice, cultivate discipline and moral character, educate and support themselves, and take initiative instead of waiting for others.

His message inspires our students to step forward, think boldly, and lead with purpose so that our community can move from hopelessness to visionary community.

We are glad to share his motivating words for all students to reflect on and learn from.
