Rohingya Academic Research Institute

The Rohingya Academic Research Institute (RAR-Institute) has received international recognition for its contributions to education, academic development, research, community service, and community advancement. These recognitions represent important milestones not only for the Institute’s leadership but also for its students, educators, researchers, academic professionals, and wider community.
In 2025, Kaisayr Husein, Founder, Chair & Executive Director of the RAR Institute, received the Global Education Award from the Global Excellence Conclave, powered by the International Education Accreditation Council (IEAC) in Bangkok, Thailand. The award recognized Excellence in Educational Leadership and Community Development, acknowledging contributions to education, leadership, and community advancement.
In 2026, Kaisayr Husein was further internationally recognized when he was conferred an Honorary Doctorate in Education by Maryland State University, USA, in recognition of his contributions to community service, education, and community development. He also received the “Asia’s Distinguished Scholar & Community Builder Award” at the World School Summit, powered by Asia Pacific University of Technology & Innovation (APU) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Kaisayr Husein dedicates these recognitions to the entire RAR Institute family, including its Leadership Council, Advisory Board, lecturers, professors, instructors, students, researchers, academic collaborators, and working team.
