– Mohammed Siraj is a multidisciplinary researcher, human rights advocate, youth activist, educator, and aspiring physician committed to advancing justice, human rights and development for the Rohingya community. His research focus on migration studies, identities issues, human rights violations, genocide, persecution, education, healthcare, refugee crisis, humanitarian crises, and social justice to elevate the voices of displaced and marginalized communities particularly for Rohingya community. Through research and advocacy, he aims to champion the rights of the Rohingya and promote sustainable transformation. Simultaneously, he is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science at the University of the People with a dream of going to medical school and improving healthcare accessibility, advancing educational equity, and upholding human rights to create a meaningful impact on underserved communities.
