🎓 Collaborative Learning in Action — RAR Institute Monthly Workshop & Training

Group work is one of the most engaging and transformative parts of RAR Institute’s Monthly Workshop and Practical Training. During this session, learners worked together in small teams to design research outlines, analyze sample data, and present their findings confidently.

The RAR Institute Graduate and Guide Team guided each group step by step — helping them understand how to choose research topics, develop objectives, apply methodology, and interpret data effectively. This hands-on practice helped learners strengthen their analytical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills.

Through collaboration, participants explored real examples from education, social science, and refugee contexts, linking theory with practice. Many shared that group learning boosted their motivation, confidence, and sense of academic responsibility.

Such interactive sessions reflect RAR Institute’s vision of empowering Rohingya youth through critical thinking, research, and leadership development. By learning together, participants are not only gaining academic knowledge but also building unity, cooperation, and a shared purpose for positive community change.
