Mr. Asanul Hoque delivered a powerful and inspiring speech during the RAR Institute Semester One and Semester Two Ceremony. He highlighted that many of the challenges we face today are deeply connected to our communityโs limited access to higher education. Because our people were long denied advanced learning, we remain vulnerable, unheard and unable to fully defend our identity and rights.
He reminded everyone that the future of the Rohingya nation depends on creating a highly educated generation, young people equipped with university-level qualifications, research abilities, critical thinking and global understanding. Every Rohingya youth must strive for higher education so that we can transform our community from within.
Mr. Asanul Hoque also emphasized how important it is for Rohingya to document their own story, history, and daily struggles. If we do not write, record, and preserve our truth, others will speak for us and our real identity and suffering may be lost or misrepresented. He called on the youth to become writers, researchers, historians, and storytellers of their own nation.
He further reminded us that uplifting one another is a shared responsibility. Success is not individual, it is collective. Our time is precious, and we must use it productively for our self-development and for the progress of our entire community.
His message was powerful and clear:
Education is our weapon, documentation is our voice, unity is our strength, and productivity is our path forward.
RAR Institute proudly shares his inspiring words to motivate every Rohingya youth to rise, learn, write, and lead.
