Welcoming and Opening Remarks | Refugee Law Program Certificate Distribution Ceremony

Mohammed Siraj RAR Institute Executive Leadership Council member delivered opening speech at the Refugee Law Program Certificate Distribution Ceremony.

In his remarks, he emphasized that the ceremony was not only about certificates, but about knowledge earned with discipline and purpose and honoring hard work of students. He highlighted the importance of refugee law for the Rohingya community as essential knowledge that explains displacement, rights, state responsibilities, and the continuing struggle for justice. He also recognized the commitment of Rohingya youth, the dedication of trainers, and what the Rohingya Academic Research Institute is doing for the Rohingya youths and the significance of refugee led academic initiatives.
