RAR Institute is honored to invite Mr. Musa M. Kamara to deliver a lecture on “Importance of Ethical Principles in Research.”
Mr. Musa M. Kamara is an accomplished researcher and administrative professional with a strong academic and interdisciplinary background. Mr. Kamara is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Political Science and Public Administration at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University (AYBU), Turkey. His doctoral research is focused on public sector ethics, institutional governance and policy accountability, reflecting a deep scholarly engagement with the ethical dimensions of administrative systems and research practices.
Mr. Kamara holds a Bachelor and Master degrees in Poltical Science and Public Administration from Ankara Yildirim Beyazit University, Turkey, where he developed a strong foundation in political theory, comparative politics, and administrative law. Mr. Kamara is currently working as an exchange researcher in the faculty of Orental Studies at the University of University, Poland, where he focuses on sociolinguistic satuations in West Africa.
Mr. Kamara is an erasmus scholars with years of experience in working with different institutions including Radon Academy of Economic, Siedlce University of Social and Humanities. His academic training is complemented by substantial research experience, including participation in multidisciplinary projects spanning governance, policy reform, development administration, and institutional studies. Mr. Kamara has contributed to both theoretical and applied research, with a consistent emphasis on methodological rigor, ethical standards and the social relevance of academic inquiry.
Mr. Musa’s scholarly work is underpinned by a commitment to academic integrity and ethical responsibility in research. He has actively participated in various research ethics training programs and has mentored emerging scholars on topics such as informed consent, research design, data confidentiality and responsible authorship. His professional engagements have included collaborative work with universities, think tanks, and development organizations across different national contexts.
