📢 Upcoming Lecture Series at RAR-Institute

We are honored to welcome Aasima Banu Sheikh, Assistant Professor at Lilong Haoreibi College, Department of Higher Education, Manipur, India, as our guest lecturer for Semester Two of the RAR Institute Research Diploma Program.

Aasima previously served as Assistant Professor at GITAM University, Hyderabad. Her PhD and MPhil from Jawaharlal Nehru University focused on the Rohingya Crisis, Statelessness, and Forced Migration. Aasima has worked with NGOs and international organizations including IIPA, CAASS, and Médecins Sans Frontières, and has conducted extensive research on human rights, global justice, and refugee crises, particularly on the Rohingya community. She also contributed as an editor for the Academics Stand Against Poverty (ASAP) Journal under Yale University’s Global Justice program.
