Time: 3:00 PM (Bangladesh Time)

Dear Research Learners,

The RAR-Institute is pleased to announce that the final examination for Course 1 and Course 2 of the First Semester in our Research Diploma Program will be conducted on 2nd August 2025 at 3:00 PM (BD Time).

🎓 About the Program

The RAR-Institute’s Two-Year Research Diploma Program is a rigorous academic initiative structured to provide Rohingya learners with a solid foundation in research theory, ethics, and practice. Developed in collaboration with distinguished professors, researchers, and academic experts, the program consists of eight comprehensive courses, delivered across four semesters (two courses per semester). Each semester concludes with a formal assessment to ensure academic progression and mastery of content.

Academic Progression Policy

To uphold our standards of academic integrity and excellence:

  • Only learners who successfully complete and pass Semester One (Courses 1 & 2) will be eligible to advance to Semester Two.
  • This progression policy ensures that all participants are fully prepared for the advanced content and expectations of subsequent semesters.

📝 Official Transcript and Evaluation

Upon successful completion of the First Semester, learners will receive an Official Semester Transcript, which will include:

  • Daily assignment performance
  • Weekly class participation records
  • Final examination results

Important Notes:

  • Learners who do not meet the minimum passing requirements will be required to retake Courses 1 & 2 to strengthen their academic foundation.
  • No daily assignments will be issued until the completion of the Course 1 & 2 examination.

📚 Final Preparation

We strongly encourage all learners to dedicate time for thoughtful review of your course materials, practice with the quiz questions provided, and focus your efforts in these final days of preparation.

This examination marks an important milestone in your academic journey toward becoming future Rohingya researchers, policy contributors, and community leaders.

On behalf of the RAR-Institute faculty and academic team, we wish you the very best in your upcoming examination.
